Slow Cooker Yak-Cross Beef Stew


2 lb. Springridge Ranch yak-cross beef round steak, cubed


Mix together:
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika




Sprinkle the flour mixture over the meat and toss to coat


Add 1-1/2 cups beef broth


1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp minced garlic


3 medium potatoes, cubed
4 carrots, sliced
1/2 onion, chopped
1 stalk of celery, diced


Mix it all together:


Cook for 4-6 hours on low.
