On Friday, April 5, we were invited to participate in the Local Producers Gala Dinner, held at Lethbridge College. Springridge Ranch Yak-Cross Beef was featured on the menu!
Chef Mark and his Culinary Arts students did a fabulous job. The various dishes were works of art and tasted as good as they looked!
